Mike is fantastic! Very prompt and thorough. We had a nasty clog in our pipes that was causing our washer to back up. He took his time to make sure that he got everything and even checked our kitchen sink where he found a second issue that he fixed up right away. During my morning rush to get my husband and my two small children out of the house and on the way to work and daycare, my son noticed water coming from underneath my bathroom vanity on the second floor. In a panic, I contacted Morrison Plumbing, and Mike was able to talk me through the process of getting my water shut off in the house so that no more water was dripping onto my bathroom floor and down through the ceiling. To my surprise, he was ble to get to my home within the next few hours and was able to fix the leaking valve that was giving me all of the trouble. He really saved the day for me and my family. Now thanks to him I understand how to turn off my water in an emergency and we have a new plumber on call should we ever have another emergency like this! I have to also mention that my young son was allowed to watch Mike as he worked and Mike was kind enough to even let him hold a few of the wrenches.
